About Me
My love of art, food, and photography began early and eventually led me to pursue postgraduate studies in Fine Arts, specializing in graphic design and photography. While much of my professional career unfolded in leadership roles within the financial services industry, creativity was always part of my life. Along the way, I gained extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring others, and helping people grow - skills that continue to shape how I work today.
Food photography entered my life in 2018 in the simplest way: a cardboard lightbox, a single light, and a Canon Rebel T3i. My very first image was a plate of fruit-filled crepes dusted with powdered sugar, and I was instantly hooked by the challenge of capturing movement, texture, and light. That curiosity quickly evolved into a passion, and I began licensing my work through stock photography.
Today, working with my Canon 5D Mark IV, R5, and a fully equipped studio, my portfolio includes over 7,000 images and has been licensed more than 30,000 times across multiple stock agencies. My work has appeared in online publications, magazines, marketing campaigns, and everyday product packaging worldwide.
Over the years, I’ve developed a style that is both intentional and organic. From concept planning to food preparation, styling, prop selection, and lighting, I approach every shoot with a storyteller’s eye. I use light, colour, and composition to create images that feel inviting and sensory - whether the mood is light and fresh or rich and moody. Above all, I create with the end viewer in mind.
For me, food is more than nourishment. It is connection, comfort, and creativity. My goal is to create images that not only look beautiful, but also invite the viewer to imagine flavour, aroma, texture, and sound - the crunch, the sizzle, the moment.
